Description
A four-piece aluminium mounting set in black, for panels heavy or long enough that plastic mounts are the wrong answer. Aluminium is stiffer than ABS and holds its shape under load and summer roof heat, which starts to matter once you are carrying a 200 W panel or a two-panel array. Pressed and formed from 2.0 mm sheet in our own plant — aluminium is what this company has made for years, and these come off the same tooling discipline as our roof-mount hardware.
Key points
- Stiffer than ABS. The sensible choice from roughly 200 W upward, and on any panel long enough to flex between mounting points.
- Holds up in heat. A dark roof in summer gets hotter than people expect; aluminium will not soften or creep the way a polymer mount can.
- Finished in black. Alloy grade and surface finish are specified on the drawing and we will send the material certificate with a sample — ask and you get the document, not an adjective.
- Four pieces per set. If the panel needs additional support points, tell us the model and we will quote the extra pieces.
- Made in-house in Xiamen, so lead time and tolerance are ours to control.

Drawings & documents
These are our own product, so the drawing is ours to send: ask us and you get the dimensioned drawing, the material specification and the packing list for the set, rather than a number we typed from memory. Request the drawing.
Aluminium or ABS?
ABS up to roughly 150 W, for the lightest possible install and where you want no metal in contact with the roof at all. Aluminium from 200 W upward, for two-panel arrays, and for vehicles that live outdoors year round. Both are bonded the same way. If you are ordering a mixed container we will quote both and you can split the volume.
One thing we will not claim
No salt-spray testing has been done on these, so we do not call them marine-grade. On a road vehicle that is not a limitation. For coastal or marine use, ask us and we will get the testing done before quoting rather than after.
Best for
200 W and larger flexible panels, two-panel arrays, and vehicles in year-round outdoor use.
Price on request. Send us the quantity and destination country and we will quote — request a quotation.
