Same five components. Different roof.
What changes between a motorhome, a van conversion and a boat is the roof, the load and the season. Pick the case closest to yours — each page says what we would actually specify, and where the pitfalls are.
The same five components go into every installation. What changes is the roof, the load and the season. Pick the case closest to yours — each page says what we would actually specify, and where the pitfalls are.

Motorhomes and caravans →
The most roof to work with, and the most obstacles on it. Air conditioners, roof lights and satellite domes fragment the usable area and throw moving shadows. Usually two medium panels rather than one large one, MPPT, and a lithium battery sized for a fridge running year-round.
Van conversions →
Curved roofs, a narrow usable strip, and an owner who will not drill a factory van roof — and is right not to. Bonded flexible panels on bracket sets, kept off the metal so they run cooler and stay removable when the vehicle is sold.
Boats — with caveats we state plainly →
Customers do fit our brackets to boats and the principle carries over, but we have not salt-spray tested them, so we do not call them marine-grade. That page sets out what suits a marine installation and what does not.
Not sure which applies?
Send us the vehicle, the roof dimensions and your daily consumption in watt-hours. We will size it and quote it — see contact, or work through the arithmetic yourself on the FAQ page. We have not hidden it behind a form.
