Description
Everything the installer needs that is not the panel, the controller or the cable — in one box. Assembled after watching too many installs stop halfway because nobody brought sealant, or the roof gland was the wrong size. It is not a margin product; it exists so the kit goes on in one visit.
Key points
- Genuine 3M VHB tape, 19 mm × 2 m — the bonding tape flexible panels are actually designed to be fitted with. We specify the 3M original rather than a generic equivalent, because this is the joint holding a panel to a roof at motorway speed.
- Neutral-cure silicone sealant for edge sealing. Neutral cure matters: acetic-cure sealant attacks aluminium and some coatings.
- Two waterproof cable glands for the roof entry — the single most common leak point on a retrofit.
- Stainless fastener set, M5–M6, 30 pieces with washers, plus 30 nylon cable ties.
- Two pairs of MC4 connectors and 2 m of 6 mm² PV cable with terminals, for connection slack and for panel-to-panel links.
- Hex key, screwdriver, marker and cleaning cloth — surface preparation before bonding is not optional, and the cloth is there so it actually happens.
- Bilingual installation guide card (English and Chinese).
