Description
The entry kit — a 110 W flexible panel, a 10 A PWM controller, ABS corner brackets and 5 m of cable, matched as one system. It exists to solve one problem cheaply: a leisure battery that goes flat while the vehicle sits. It will comfortably carry lights, a water pump, phone and laptop charging on a small van or a caravan. It is not a fridge kit — if you are running a compressor fridge, start at the 200 W kit instead and we will say so rather than take the smaller order.
Key points
- Everything matched. Panel, controller, brackets and cable are specified together, so the controller is sized to the panel and the connectors already fit. Nothing to work out, nothing missing on install day.
- PWM by choice, not by accident. At 110 W the extra harvest from MPPT does not pay for itself. The controller supports lithium and lead-acid alike, so the battery choice stays open.
- ETFE flexible panel — bonds to a curved or low-profile roof with no rails and almost no added height.
- ABS corner brackets in black or white to match the roof, supplied as a four-piece set.
- Sold as a trade kit. MOQ, carton configuration and neutral packaging on request; we quote per container or per pallet, not per piece.
What is in the kit
| 110 W ETFE flexible panel | TE-SP110-ETFE |
| 10 A PWM charge controller | TE-CC10-PWM — LCD and USB output, lithium and lead-acid compatible |
| ABS mounting brackets, 4-piece set | TE-MB-AB04-BK (black); white available as TE-MB-AB04-WH |
| 5 m cable kit | TE-AKAC15-05 — PV cable with MC4 and Anderson connectors |
Options
- 40 Ah LiFePO4 battery (TE-BT40-LFP) — not included in the base kit. Add it if the customer has no usable leisure battery.
- Installation accessory pack (TE-AK-001) — sealant, glands, VHB tape, fasteners and ties, so the installer opens one box.
- White brackets instead of black, at no change in price.
What it will and will not run
On a sunny day in summer a 110 W panel returns roughly 400–500 Wh; in northern-European winter, expect a fraction of that. That is enough to keep LED lighting, a water pump and device charging running indefinitely in season. It is not enough for a compressor fridge, which alone wants around 500–700 Wh a day. Work it out properly on the sizing page before you commit.
Best for
Distributors and van converters who need a genuinely low entry price point in the range — a first-purchase kit that brings the customer back for the 200 W kit and the accessories.
